Business academy
Our business academy is a secondary school with a very good reputation for its educational achievements. It is located in the historical centre of Prague, not far from the famous Old Town Square. Thousands of students have already passed through its classrooms. At the moment we have 500 students in three educational fields – Business Academy, Economic Lyceum and Information Technology.
Students start their studies at the age of 15 and finish four years later. They pass a final leaving exam in compulsory and optional subjects. Nowadays the final leaving exam includes a state final leaving exam in Mathematics or English, and Czech Language and Literature. We also teach a great variety of special subjects, such as Accounting, Law, Marketing, Computing, Graphics, Typing, Business Correspondence etc. Most of our graduates continue their studies at the University of Economics, at the Agricultural University or they choose some courses of further education. Those who are not admitted to a university can find a job .
In the recent past our school has successfully joined two multinational projects, both of them dealt with different aspects of healthy life style and were closely connected with sports. Our students have enjoyed all the activities especially the visits of partner countries and meeting new friends. We are very excited about this new project and we are sure that it will be enjoyable and mutually beneficial.
